Return or Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: In the chat on our website or via email, provide your order number, which you can find in the confirmation email.
  2. Packaging the Item: Securely pack the item to prevent damage during transportation.
  3. Sending the Package: Drop off the package at a DHL service center. Shipping costs are borne by the sender.
  4. Processing the Return or Exchange: Once we receive the package and inspect it under the warranty, we will send you a replacement within 1-2 business days. For returns, we will send the refund within 1-2 business days.

Warranty Limitations

The warranty does not cover items showing signs of water damage, physical damage, or broken seals.

Shipping policy

Your order will be delivered by DHL courier service to the address you specify. The goods will be dispatched to the DHL office the next day after payment has been received.

Parcel Delivery Rates:

DHL courier services are paid by the buyer when placing an order. Delivery usually takes 2-3 days.

If you are unable to collect your order, your parcel will be sent to the nearest DHL branch (at the discretion of the DHL courier service), where it will be held for 7 days.
