Exchange Policy

With every purchase you receive a 6-month warranty against technical defects. If there is a warranty issue, no refunds, only exchanges.
Processing of your exchange:

  1. In the chat box on our website, provide the order number that should be in your purchase confirmation email. Our agent will provide you with a DHL mailing label.
  2. Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transportation.
  3. Drop the package off at a DHL service center. Shipping costs will be paid by the sender.
  4. Once we receive the package, we will send you a replacement within 1-2 business days.

The warranty does not cover goods that show signs of water damage, physical damage or broken warranty seals.
