With every purchase you receive a 6-month warranty against technical defects. If there is a warranty issue, no refunds, only exchanges.
Processing of your exchange:
- In the chat box on our website, provide the order number that should be in your purchase confirmation email. Our agent will provide you with a DHL mailing label.
- Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transportation.
- Drop the package off at a DHL service center. Shipping costs will be paid by the sender.
- Once we receive the package, we will send you a replacement within 1-2 business days.
The warranty does not cover goods that show signs of water damage, physical damage or broken warranty seals.
Your order will be delivered by DHL courier service to the address you specify.
The goods will be dispatched to the DHL office the next day after payment has been received.

DHL courier services are paid by the buyer when placing an order. Usually delivery takes 2-3 days.
In case you are unable to collect your order, your parcel will be sent to the nearest branch (at the discretion of DHL courier service), where it will stay for 7 days.
